Summary
『部落格行銷』近年已廣為世人所討論,在企業界其應用範圍之廣已經打破以往行銷、公關及廣告公司可做的許多事。對圖書館亦是如此,在圖書館行銷2.0的議題出現的同時,圖書館部落格的行銷其實在推廣上是一大助益與重點,值得深入了解。本研究探討目前大學圖書館建置部落格的情況,並將部落格行銷的概念導入至部落格當中,提升其功能性與效益。目前許多大學圖書館有部落格的設置,但實質效果並不大,其原因為何?部落格行銷的概念如何應用在大學圖書館的部落格當中?預期會帶來的效益為何?本文以 淡江大學 與交通大學圖書館部落格為例,進行比較分析,了解兩部落格的使用情形與行銷策略,以使用者經驗做評估與建議。
