    Summary本論文以「檔案價值」為研究主體，旨在探索期在檔案保存或鑑定過程的關鍵意義與地位，以強化對檔案價值的瞭解。本研究以政府機關檔案為研究範圍，採用內容分析、深度訪談、個案研究與評比量表調查等方法，就選取的研究對象，如政府機關檔案人員和檔案管理局等，進行相關資料的蒐集，作為分析基礎。依據分析結果，分別從檔案價值的概念內涵，檔案價值的決定面向、形成過程與影響形成因素等方面論述研究結果。最後，綜合研究所德提出相關建議，以供檔案管理局、政府機關檔案管理單位與後續研究者參酌。;This paper regards archival values as a main body of research, aiming to discover the meaning and role of archival values within the process of archival appraisal and preservation decision. Archives created within government organizations are studied by using the method of content analysis, interviews, case study and evaluation survey. The research findings discuss the concept, decision-making, the formation process and its influence factors of archival values. Finally, suggestions for National Archives, archives within government organizations and further research issues are proposed based on the findings of this research.
