六、《教育資料與圖書館學》新機制：自108年7月（56卷2期）起，啟動開放式同儕評閱制度「開放觀點（Open Point）」，此乃國內人文與社會科學期刊第一個率先在審稿期間採取雙盲程序，待文章被接受後由作者與審查者自主決定是否開放審查與回覆意見的創舉，也是回應國際學術期刊編輯趨勢，於國內領風氣之先的實驗性做法。
